How Our Pricing Works
Our pricing is based on two key elements:
- A Base Annual Licence Fee – This covers the core platform, ongoing updates, and customer support.
- Per-Pupil Pricing – Schools pay a small, additional fee based on the number of pupils on their inclusion register, ensuring costs remain proportional to the level of need.
This structure ensures that SENDtrax remains affordable for small schools while providing scalability for larger institutions and MATs.
Pricing Tiers
For Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities, aggregated data access allows oversight across multiple schools, with custom pricing available based on the number of schools and pupils enrolled.
